Cancellation- Voozsh requests 24 hrs notice for 60 minute appointments  , 48 hours for appointments 90 minutes or longer. 

I reserve time especially for you. If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment please provide adequate notice to allow me to offer my time to another guest. Life happens! So should you need to cancel on short notice I understand, but I will require a 50% (of service booked) cancellation fee.

No Shows- Will be invoiced 100% of appointment services.

Retail- Voozsh will accept haircare returns within 30 days from purchase date  for exchange of 100% of value

 

Service- Any adjustments to your haircut, color, or smoothing treatment must be made within 7 days
